Values
Compassion
I get it. I was a student who struggled in high school too because I didn’t know how to “do school”. Once I was confronted with the prospect of not being able to make it through college, I took it upon myself to master school. I learned how to study, manage time, projects, and myself. I graduated and dedicated my career to coming along side students to help them believe that if I can do it, they can do it too.
Simple
There is no reason to make school more complicated than it already is! Students are not interested in having to make major life overhauls to do better in school. I’m not interested in that either. Students will be trained on simple solutions which help them work smarter, not harder. They’ll gain the moxie to do school well.
Relational and Personal
Every student is different and has their unique ways to doing life. By taking time to get to know your student, solutions they will learn will be tailored to their lifestyle and approach. I want your student to know they have another adult pulling for them.
Confidence
It’s important that your student experience success in school and improves. However, what’s most important is that they gain the self-confidence and moxie that can transform their life. I’ve experienced this in my own life and have seen 1000s of students experience that same transformation through school.
TESTIMONIALS…
“Bryan Tebeau is one of those teachers who consistently changes lives for students in immensely positive ways. I’ve worked with Bryan for many years and know that he is knowledgeable and caring. His greatest strengths are his ability to connect with kids, make them laugh, and simplify complex tasks when kids feel overwhelmed with the demands of being a teenager in a high school.”—Paul Hutter, Teacher, IB Coordinator, Administrator
“Work and college could get so busy that if you just tried to work hard, you’d never have enough time to do everything and would quickly fall behind. Tebeau helped me prioritize and spend my time on the areas that would give me the best returns and really hone in on planning backwards and organization so I could be on top of everything I needed to do.”—Kira, Former student, Stanford Graduate, Harvard MBA
“As the first college graduate in my family, I can honestly say that having Tebeau as a coach and mentor during high school made all the difference. Before taking his classes, I didn’t have the knowledge or skills to get into college—let alone succeed once I was there. He taught me how to study, how to learn, and how to be resourceful. Most importantly, he helped me build the confidence and momentum to apply to the schools I wanted. He helped me learn and develop a framework for academic success that carried me through to graduating Summa Cum Laude. The systems of learning he taught me are ones I still use today in my business. I can’t recommend him highly enough as a coach and mentor.”—Dean, former student, entrepreneur
